### What's happening

We'll be performing essential database maintenance to implement tenant data segregation. This migration will ensure each tenant's data is properly isolated, providing enhanced security, privacy, and performance for all customers.

### Service impact

During the maintenance window:
- The platform will be temporarily unavailable
- All services will be in read-only mode initially, then fully offline
- API requests will return maintenance mode responses
- Scheduled jobs and workflows will be paused and resume automatically after completion

### What you need to do

- **Save your work** before 9:00 PM PT
- **Plan accordingly** - avoid scheduling critical tasks during this window
- **No action required** for your data - all information will be preserved
